video quality is under each device “video “ settings for streaming and for recording. Some cameras are only 1080p some are 4K

It’s been said, it’s in the settings, but also depends on whether your phone and internet can handle a higher quality setting.

Besides increasing the recording and streaming quality in the camera settings, I would also check the camera placement. The very bright window in the background is creating a lot of contrast, making it harder for the camera to properly expose the darker areas.

If possible, try changing the camera angle so it isn’t pointing directly toward the bright window. Also clean the lens and make sure the camera has a strong Wi-Fi signal, especially if the live view looks worse than the recorded clips.

I would try the highest video quality first, then adjust the camera angle and compare the results. Hope this helps! :+1:
