how do I keep my devices from auto-updating their firmware? Is there a setting somewhere to disable this? I have had issues recently with the timing of an apparent hb3 auto-update that took my whole system offline for quite awhile at the worst possible time. also, it seems there have been issues with certain devices after they receive firmware updates. so I would like to have control over what I update and when I do so. I just can’t seem to find anything pertaining to auto-updates in the settings…

eufy hasn’t implemented such an option.
I find that the firmware updates usually occur between 0200 and 0400 which is prime time for wrongdoers.
I hear what you’re saying, and I would like too also be able to control the firmware update.
To be fair to Eufy, they do stagger the upgrades, limiting the devices first upgraded and waiting for any reported issues. That is very this community is so important for reporting issues quickly
That would be a nice option to wait till they get the bugs worked out on updates
