How do I make the alerts louder on my iPhone ? Everything is high volume in the app and on the phone , but all I get is a ping and human alert unless the door bell is rung of course

Secondly , I am being advised by Eufy that I have to switch the phone over to away if we leave the house to monitor the door bell activity ? Is that correct

Finally I am asking about a transformer for the door bell that Eufy don’t offer . They say it should be 240 V input 40v output is that corrct seems high output ? Tried to clarify these things with them but still I am unclear .

Try changing the notification sound to a different tone, Notifications _ App Alert Tones.
You don’t need to switch to Away mode, I don’t.

Eufy wired doorbells require a transformer with a power rating of 220V-120V AC input 16V-24V AC, 30VA or higher output.

Hello again , any idea or do you have a link for getting a transformer ? I have looked on eBay and Amazon, but the voltage or amperage are either wrong or the ones offered have not worked well or are very noisy ? Any guidance appreciated

Can you answer a few questions…
What model number doorbell camera do you have? Can you post a photo of the rear of it?

Are you replacing an old push button doorbell that is hardwired?
