How do I stay logged into my Eufy app? We have to log in every time we open it.

Maybe 2FA is enabled?

I agree maybe 2 factor authentication is enabled. I’ve never had to log in each time unless I logged out

Yup–2fa, probably. Unless you have a setting on your device to reset permissions and clear setting on unused apps.

I’m a new user with the Eufy 330 and have the same problem. On my IOS devices the app stays logged in but on my Mac I have to log in every time I want to use it, even if I’ve left it open. I don’t have 2FA enabled.
