how many false alarms do you get from the shadows? I get them every minute. supports solution is to turn sensitivity down, so it’s down at the lowest, which now I feel it wont catch night time activity as well🤷 then turn off everything but people, done. next was to change active zones… which then would defeat purpose of cam🤦 next was to relocate again defeats purpose of cam. any suggestions?

I don’t have any suggestions, I get the same thing too and I just end up turning off all other motion and leaving the rest on when it occurs. It detects Shadow movement from tree limbs as motion detected, it doesn’t specify what it’s detecting with the circle image. My video would show like in this pic,
If it did, I would be able to MARK it as a False Positive and the AI wouldn’t record or notify me about it if it occurred again. Though some firmware update stopped that ability to do so, it always showed me what the AI had detected as motion, but it won’t show me what it detects in the “all other motion” category like it used to, eufy you need to bring that feature back.
Yeah I get it all the time with shadows from trees or clothes on the line moving with the breeze
I have similar issues. I get alerts from shadows from the tree 45ft from the camera. Meanwhile when I back my van into my spot it won’t alert me till I’m 10-15ft away. So called smart PIR sensors

All the time. Had the same problem with our arlo pro set up too
You get false alarms from leaves more rhan from shadows.
I get movement from the wind…
Mine says human motion every time a car goes by. Hope you didn’t buy a 1000 dollars worth of Eufy like I did. Biggest mistake I made in 2024
