How to connect an extra chime to HomeBase two?

Hi all,

So recently I bought the Eufy doorbell (battery) with the HomeBase two. I ordered an extra chime that comes with a USB device that I need to plug into the HomeBase. I cannot seem to connect this extra chime to my HomeBase. In the app, in the settings of the camera I click on add chime but nothing happens. It keeps loading/searching/attempting to connect.

For everyone that is reading: I got it fixed. Apparently there is an issue with the iOS version of the app. I tried it on an android phone and got it fixed!
