Hi. I can’t find a way to deactivate the alarm tones on my cams. I just want them to detect and record silently. Does anyone know how to achieve this?

I was a little confused by what you mean, the alarm goes off when you touch the camera?
It may be a “modes” setting under the “smart” option
Check which mode you’re currently on (likely “home”), then go through each camera and disable alarm
Yes like dav1289 says. tap on smart icon bottom of home page then it will either show your camera or home base (tap on home base if you don’t see your camera at this screen ) then you will get the “mode” screen tap on gear 
icon and then your camera and there will be several options for the camera toggle off alarm there. If you use the “home”. & “away “ option you can change the away settings to have it off or on when you’re not home. I will load a screenshot in another reply

I found it under „intelligent“ in the device settings. there you can control it for each mode individually. Thanks everyone!!!
It’s the modes. You might have accidentally set as home and away. I’ve done this quite easy to do.
