It just amazes me how Eufy comes here with all these tips like we are doing something wrong!. Fix the issues. I have no good to state about this bell. I have 11 adult sibs. I’m the only 1 with a Eufy bell,only one with an issue when I researched and paid more for my bell.
I’ve had the same problems with the Eufy spot lights, in fact had the first one replaced, same happened to the second spotlight camera , then a third. I took all back for a refund.
the home base and router are both 6 metres away. Cameras located further away have no problems
Better to own up to the errors h
