Hello, I have been using Eufy security cameras and recently accessed the SD card on my Windows laptop. I noticed that the recorded video files have a .zxvideo extension. I am unable to find a suitable method or software to play these files on my Windows system.

Could anyone provide guidance on how to view or convert .zxvideo files on a Windows platform? Any recommended software or steps would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve used the VLC app before to translate videos from a thumb drive. It’s a free app to download

I’ve already tried this method, but it didn’t work. I contacted the eufy cs team, and they said that direct access to the video from the sd card is not possible because it is encrypted.
