If you are referring to the Anka voice assistant, please try the following:
Please download and install the soundcore app, and make sure your earbuds remain connected to your phone via Bluetooth.
You can wake the assistant directly by saying the wake phrases “Hey, Anka,” “Hi, Anka,” “Hey, Anker,” or “Hi, Anker,” without unlocking your phone.
You can also use it in the app. After pairing your earbuds, open the soundcore app, go to the AI tab, and tap “Chat with Anka” to chat with Anka using your keyboard.
Note: For non-iOS devices, please keep the soundcore app running in the background.
