I am trying to get my Eufy S350 indoor cam to stop detecting my cats as humans. I have turned off the detection of pets but any pet movement seems to detect it as human. Apart from donating videos and adding an issue saying pet detected as human is there something I am missing, either in the settings or with any other part of setup and or usage. Has anyone solved this problem that they also had when they started. I have had my S350 4 weeks.
