I bought a new camera at Costco for my girlfriend’s house. The QR code says invalid and the serial number says it’s wrong. Eufy technical phone refuses to answer. They just hang up. Anyone have an idea of what’s going on?

There’s a QR code on the box and a QR code on the camera which one are you scanning? It’s usually the one on the camera that needs to be scanned.
