I find that the videos recorded are always half way through the visit. For example, when I see a video being recorded of a package being dropped off, I only see the person leaving. How do I record the entire interaction? See when they first started walking up? I can’t find a way to do that in settings.

Have you tried increasing the Detection Distance in the Motion Detection Settings?

That’s a good thought. I have. It’s set to max distance. Still, I’m only seeing people’s backs.

I just installed a wired Eufy video doorbell and it’s having the same issue of not recording soon enough. Plus I’m getting lots of alerts but not seeing anything recorded. And I pulled into the driveway and received no alert and my car was not seen.
Sounds like a camera time delay
There should also be a sensitivity setting. That might not be set high enough.
Did not realize this post was for a doorbell and not a camera. So not sure if you have a sensitivity setting…

I thought there was. Mainly what do I want to record, everything, or just people. I have it set to everything and at the longest range.
It’s getting worse. I just received a package and received no notification that anyone was here… they were literally right in front of the door
How can you set that to “0”?? I don’t see that option
