I get it. It was probably near the end of his schedule shift after a long day, but now Amazon is replacing my item for free after seeing how my package was handled.

That was barely a drop. I’ve had worse and NEVER needed Amazon to replace anything. UPS & FedEx step all over packages, crushing boxes. Jeez
