I got a replacement E20 3-in-1 in the mail a couple days ago. If I recall correctly, the lidar tower in my original E20 had a clear plastic lens inside of the black plastic tower that protected the lidar sensor from dust, etc. I am certain that I had occasionally cleaned dust off the clear lens on the lidar tower. The replacement E20 does not have any clear lens in the windows on the lidar tower. I can poke into it and dust can easily enter as well. The tower is loose as well because I think it’s missing a piece. I sent a video (see attached) to Eufy and they claimed that my video represents a normal condition. Am I going nuts? Does your lidar tower have a clear lens in the turret or is it open like mine?

^^^Ok, that’s just like mine. I guess I was mistaken about there being clear plastic in those windows. Thanks for posting the picture!
