I have 1 E340 doorbell camera and 2 S340 cameras controlled by a S380 Homebase. I had my Eufy devices connected to Alexa Echo but now I can’t monitor my cameras on my Alexa device as well as on the Alexa app on my phone. I have tried to link unlink the Eufy skill, delete and add the cameras, sign in and out of my Eufy and alexa accounts and nothing fixed my problem. I am not sure if this is related to this issue but, even the webportal does not work after I sign in. The video never loads and eventually gives an error. I have no problem on the Eufy app on my phone.
Has anyone experienced this issue and have a solution?
Thanks!
This sounds like it might be a problem with your base station, the passthrough of the credentials for access to Eufy from Alexa, or the network connection.

From and IT standpoint I would say you need to reboot your router for your network because sometimes it is just a protocol causing a hangup with credential passthrough.

I would also verify that all devices are up to date, including the firmware and apps and then restart all of the devices as well so they can all refresh the connections, especially the base station. It is also recommended that the base station has a static IP address for consistency and stabilizes the connection more than a dynamic IP address.

Clear the cache and storage of the alexa app and Eufy app and sign back in just to be safe if the previous two steps don’t fix it.
Thanks for your comment, I tried all the steps you recommended and it still doesn’t work unfortunately. Is there a way to switch the IP address for the homebase from dynamic to static? Thats the only thing I haven’t tried
I have made Eufy and Amazon aware of the issue and they say they are working on a fix. I have had the same problem for weeks.
Make download your câmera.
That has to be done on your router. Adding a static ip usually isn’t to hard on most as long as you know the username and password to get into the router. There is probably a quick guide for whatever model you have, you will just have to look it up.
