I have had 2 s3

I have had 2 s3 pros now for a month for one and a week or so on the other. They develop what looks like spider webs on the stream but when I go to wipe them off there is nothing there. I also don’t see it during the day. Anyone have this issue. I know the video looks like my backyard is bug invested but I assure you it’s not. #image quality

Aren`t those rain drops ? Is the lens covered with body or the camera ?

It could be a light flare.

We are experiencing the same thing. It looks like a mass of bugs flying together in sync, changing direction of flight all at the same time. At times the view is completely obscured except for the directional movement. But nothing is on or near the lens.

Glad other people get it too. Well not that but glad I’m not the only one. I’ll go to support now that I know.

I thought that too but it is pitch black back there and the same with spotlights or no spotlights.

It looks that way but it wasn’t raining foggy or misty.

Yes. Sometimes it’s actually a spider and it’s web…mostly, though, the picture looks “foggy”…I, too, have tried cleaning it several times…eufy is JUNK and a COMPLETE WASTE of your hard-earned money! :frowning:

Oh that’s weird
