I have no idea what I witnessed here. I think they might be together, but whatever happens at the end of the street makes me think the gentleman walking may have just had one of his bags snatched?

I’m not sure, but it’s kind of suspicious how the one guy is wearing a mask, and the other one has his head way down.

I see both men going the same direction together after turning left from the stop sign.
there is a glitch as they hit the stop sign street but they do continue on together.
