I have the external solar panel for this solar camera and it doesn’t register with the charging symbol how can you tell if it’s getting a charge from the external panel or the cameras built in solar panel

Navigate to Camera Settings > Power Manager > Power Source and select Solar Panel or Battery. When the camera is charging, a battery icon or charging symbol should appear in the app. If this is missing, it could indicate an issue with the connection.

I have 3 solar panels 2 off brands and 1 Eufy they all show as connected (a light on the camera) and the pulsating battery symbol on the app. I recently bought another brand and it did nothing I figured it wasn’t compatible and returned it

I get the normal charging icon but nothing to tell me it’s the external panel it’s the bottom one
