I have the s340 using the s380 homebase. When trying to delete the days events it never seems to delete. I have to go back and select all and delete 2 or 3 times. I am using the built in storage. There’s also times I’ll go back a week and images will flash and then disappear. It’s this normal? How can i fix this?
That’s happened to me before and I think it’s a bug that they have sometimes I have to delete it several times recently it’s been better for me though maybe you should log out of the app and back in and clear your cache. If you aren’t sure how to clear cache go to your apps select Eufy go down to storage then clear cache That’s on Android not sure about IOS
to clear cache on iPhone go to settings > iPhone storage > scroll down to Eufy tap on off load app (not delete) confirm then after a few seconds it will prompt you to reinstall app tap that sometimes it takes a minute or so to reinstall but it will and after that it has cleared the apps cache and that usually helps with a lot of issues. It’s good to do this once per month. For major issues “delete “ app then go to App Store >Eufy then you will see the cloud symbol (meaning you data is still saved in cloud) tap on that it will reinstall you will have to sign back in with password and all your devices will still be there. This method helps with any serious app glitches
