I honestly have been eating more fatty healthy foods. I completely changed my diet.
I changed my diet to better and healthier fatty foods.
It’s always satisfying when you have a fat plug. Good job! I don’t get them often.

I haven’t gotten one since this day. Must have been a good eating day lol it’s back to being watery.

It could be the longer it sits in the fridge, the fattier it gets.
