I just shared a camera with my other eufy account, but I’m not able to view the videos. Is this because I’m using the free account? I gave the shared user admin access. When I go under events that says there’s no events and I’ve been walking in front of the camera so I know there’s events.
The account free or not shouldn’t matter with that.
Does the camera view show up in the app, is it listed and are you able to do Live View?
Maybe give this a try on the apps homepage tap on what I circled, and then select All Devices.
