I love to sleep while listening to podcasts but my headphones and earbuds from other brands were uncomfortable and ended up disrupting my sleep when I turned. Very happy with my A30s. So comfortable and I love the noise cancellation and built in sounds that help focus and sleep. Only wish was that the battery life was better because I use Bluetooth throughout.
