I’m having issu

I’m having issues with my two 2c cameras and need your advice. As the cameras are sum what inaccessible I bought two solar panels to keep them topped up. These work a treat during the summer however, now they are basically useless as the batteries are flat and despite me turning them off so they can charge up more nothing what are the options / solutions. I am on a busy street so have a constant flow of people walking up and down the footpath outside.

Recharge the cameras to 100%. Then set up a schedule for them to only record at night or when you are away. You can also set up a zone so it records only activity in zone and not other areas that you don’t care about.

Hopefully the above idea works. But it will be nice for the solar to work as expected on a sunny :sun_with_face: day

Lithium Ion batteries won’t take a charge below 0 C/32 F. Otherwise, the battery pack has a reversed cell and the pack discharges faster than the solar can charge. If you are still in the warranty window, get it replaced. I have a eufycam2 like this and I missed the warranty window. I solved it with a 10 watt solar panel. Have only had to charge it once in the past year. Before the big solar panel, had to charge it every 8 to 10 weeks.
