I needed to reset my camera, now my old footage and favourite events are gone. What doing do?

Did you format SD? If so then it gone forever

Unfortunately, if:
The footage was stored locally on the camera/HomeBase and
The reset formatted or removed the device,
then the recordings are usually not recoverable.
Check:
Event History in the Eufy app.
HomeBase storage.
Cloud storage (if subscribed).
NAS storage (if configured).
If none of those contain the footage, it is likely permanently deleted.
