I no longer get thumbnail notifications

I no longer get thumbnail notifications on samsung note 20, Eufy-original eufy security app version 6.0.31_25534 however thumbnails do appear in events list within the app. Phone is connected to wifi on same network as s380. Only change appears to be new system software/firmware on s380 on 5/28/2026 (system version 3.8.2.8 subsystem version 1.4.0.8). All 3 of my cameras - 2-indoor cam pan & tilt E220 and 1- eufyCam E330 Professional no longer get thumbnails in notifications. Have tried changing notification setting from include thumbnail to full effect to most efficient and back to include thumbnail with no change. Have restarted homebase and powered on and off cameras with no change. I also use personaldnsfilter on my phone and have *.amazonaws.com whitelisted, however I receive no thumbnails in notifications with personaldnsfilter enabled or disabled. Just to know, are there any other domains that need to be whitelisted to receive thumbnails in my notifications? There have been no changes to network firewall or network configuration including s380 which is connected via ethernet and address is reserved in router and set and tested to use wifi as backup.

Not too sure of what other domains camera communicates with besides the AWS servers that’s used for cloud service and thumbnail notifications.
I know when the servers are down you have limited app access, though you can still view Live view and the camera will still record, but watching a recorded video or changing settings is not possible and will come back with a failed to request.

Your router probably isn’t blocking anything else, since your camera did receive a firmware update…

You might want to try rebooting your home’s Wi-Fi router or sign out of the eufy app and then log back in?
