I not sure why I didn’t hear my quick message to them. Could someone explain why?

Did the doorbell actually ring? Looks like he may have pressed the bottom camera instead of th bell button…
I went out after they left and I could hear the message, but why didn’t I hear it during the recording?
I think only some doorbells can record both sides of the audio conversation, check the specs on your doorbell camera.

I’ve experienced the same issue upon installation and testing. It’s not a Eufy feature currently to record two way conversations. Push a ticket to the developer. I’ve raised this issue 2 years ago and haven’t seen a fix to date.
