I spent a lot of money on the new lawn and after seeing dead grass where ppl let dogs go pee and poop I put up signs. That didn’t stop these ppl so I put up a small fence. That’s helped a little but this woman let her dog go around it to fence so I extended it. This morning I see her let her dog go around the extension of my fence. She can see the signs. I am beyond mad!

Have you tried using dog repellent granules or sprays on that area of your lawn?
Some people are illiterate, mainly in civic sense. Common sense is not common nowadays.
Now that you know what neighbor it is, you can always return it to their lawn!
