I was wondering if I got a external solar panel for my wireless outdoor camera would that be classed as wired and let me set it to constantly record

The simple answer is no.

Unfortunately no. If you want continuous recording you can’t do it with a battery powered camera it will drain the battery quickly. If you can find a place to plug a camera in try the E330 pro. I have 9 of them they work great and have 4k resolution. Mine are mounted so the power cord goes through the wall and plugs inside and you don’t see the wires and they can’t be tampered with. It helps that I’m a electrician. Good luck
