I would like to change the notifications sound on my app so its a unique sound to all my other general pings if anyone knows how to on android please.

I was thinking about this the other day. A different ding for each camera. A different “ding” notification for the front and backyard camera.
Go into Notifications on which camera you want to change the notification chime.
Then Motion Alerts
I’ve looked into this myself, as I’d like to be able to distinguish alerts from different regions. However, all but one Eufy App Alert Tone sounds a bit cheap to my ears. (LOL, I’m a snobby audiofile.)
I considered a workaround for my Apple iPhone, but I chose not to use it since it involves Apple HomeBase (yet another app that adds additional complexity, creating more opportunities for things to go wrong with each software update). Seems I’m stuck with ‘Notify’ for my front cameras, and ‘Type’ for my rear cameras.
If you’re like me and want different tone alerts to those offered by the Eufy App, you’ll have a bit more flexibility if you’re using an Android device. Go to:
Settings → Notifications → Eufy Security → Notification Categories,
and assign a custom sound file of your choice for alerts.
That said, I don’t personally use an Android device, so I can’t confirm firsthand whether this method will work exactly as described on your phone.
