I would like to make a suggestion, that a person should be able to upload or download any file mP3 or a hypnosis mP3 to the sound core a30 sleep sleep earbuds. Thank you, and this is so that battery consumption is better used.

I use both audio and local on my settings. When I use audio I use my playlists on insight timer. Much depends on my specific feelings. My sleep has improved dramatically. The EarPods charge so amazingly quickly that if they are low I can place in the case and within 5 minutes have sufficient use for my morning meditation. What a brilliant invention.
