If one earbud discharges slightly earlier than the other, that’s normal — minor differences in discharging speed are part of how electronics work.
But if one earbud isn’t charging at all, check whether the silicone tip is properly attached. A misaligned tip can prevent the earbud from seating correctly in the case and block the charging contacts.
