if the WiFi is shut down will camera still record

Mine doesn’t when wifi is off it says in the phone app cameras offline 
It depends on the camera system you have. The SoloCams, indoor cam and outdoor cam and some others will record onto their internal memory or SD card when Wi-Fi is out,as long as you don’t have it set to record onto HomeBase.
You’ll just have to wait until your Wi-Fi returns to be able to view the recorded footage.
