IHas anyone else here completed the 100 video milestone for the AI Ambassador program? I reached 100 videos and received my medal, but I still haven’t received the gift that was promised for reaching 100 videos. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing. Should I just keep waiting, or is there someone I should contact about it? Thanks for any information or advice.
Just keep waiting, I don’t know when the milestone ends or what they consider the amount of days for a milestone.

I have gotten at least 20 or more gifts for donating videos and moments and I have 17 $10 gift Codes and 3 codes for a 3 month of service and every time I try to use the any of the codes it will not let me use them it says invalid or wrong passcode for this item I have also won 2 c020 indoor cameras and the first camera was sent to the wrong address when I won I opened it and it said the camera will ship in 2/3 business days I never received it so I saw that it was in my list of orders and woo looked up the tracking number it said it was sent to me with the wrong state and it never even let me provide any address information so when I say that I had won the second camera I made sure to provide the correct address and when it tried to initiate automatic processing with their information for shipping address I stopped it and made sure to provide my correct shipping address and I did receive the second camera and I have been using it since June and I am happy to have won something that I can really use and not codes that can’t be used, is nice I use the camera in my back doorway to watch on our pets coming and going. Ps. Some times it is a very long wait to see any gifts and restart the 100 moments donated. I have been waiting on a 100 moments donated for over two months right now. I had just written this message to you and shortly after that I had won a tracking Tag for a wallet! Before that I think it was almost a month before they Responded that sounds like a few work days. I’m thinking squeaky wheel gets the Grease! Hopefully they responded to your Milestone as well! Thanks Dale
I have a question have you tried using the discount code and if so how and on what was the way and on what type of purchase was it ? If you don’t mind? I have 17 $10 Discount Codes and I have not been able to use them on any of my purchases thus far? Thanks Dale
