I’m having problem with the alarm. I have an E220 pan&tilt.
I don’t know why sometimes the alarm goes on. I don’t read anything in the different device’s options that say if audio/movement detection are on and something is detected, the alarm goes on.
so I don’t understand if it is simply automatically implied that it goes on as soon the camera detects something or it’s something I should deactivate and if so, I’m not able to understand how.

If you go to the smart tab at the bottom of the Home Screen (I think the older app version called it security)tap on that then tap on your camera that will bring up a page that will give you home or away options tap on the gear icon snd there you will find a option to turn off the alarm. I will do another comment with a picture.
Thank you so much, I was becoming crazy, I figured it out when you said it. In the camera option there is no way to change it, but from the app options yes. I did it and now it works perfectly!
