I’m upgrading from hombase 2 to s380 do I first delete the homebase 2?

If I recall correctly you do not want to remove/delete the HomeBase 2.
The HB2 needs to be connected via Ethernet cable.
Add the HomeBase 3 to the app once configured a prompt should appear, transfer button to migrate your cameras to the HB3.
It may take some time though.
