Are you aware there is an issue with Homebase 3 no longer detecting faces? Everyone is now a stranger and the last two firmware updates to fix bugs have not fixed it.

Iā€™ve been following the compatibility for S380 for some time now. I think itā€™s fair to say that automation & face recognition will never be available for wired wall light cam & floodlight cam 2k? Itā€™s taking an extraordinarily long time to evaluate! Especially as the wall light cam was released around the same time as S380.

Question: will home base 3 connect to Google home so I can have a live view of the camera on Google Home Screen ?

Eufy put out a post of promised features for the S100 wall light like 24/7 recording, edge AI, and the ability to work with other cameras so I do hope they are still planning on adding these features at some point but i do agree that its taking them quite a long time.

Donā€™t hold your breath for promised features. Eufy is famous for promising compatibility in the future and then never delivering, or delivering some lame compromise. If it doesnā€™t have the features you need, donā€™t buy it based on future promises. You will be disappointed.

Hi Eufy Team! My family is curious about when we can expect the availability of a glass break sensor? I tried to pitch Eufy to my parents but they ended up going with another security company that has a glass break sensor as they have a room with mostly large glass windows that donā€™t open.

I think all hope for HomeKit integration of HomeBase 3 is now totally gone?

Really need proper HomeKit support with the HB3 and better/smoother/cleaner audio recording with the S380 doorbell. Canā€™t understand a word anyone is saying and the video and audio often stutter even though I have a fast Lexar SSD installed.

Just got one today and setup all good recognise my face ok with latest firmware

Where are we in regards to getting the other devices that are in the list completed? I purchased a couple cameras and am waiting on a couple others expecting movement. Is this a dead project? Do I not purchase the additional cameras?
