internet connection error

hi Hope you can help

My eufy homebase 3 suddenly disconnected from the internet, it is plugged directly into to the switch with a cable, which i have changed and restarted multiple times.

but it keeps saying it cant connect to the internet, i cant see it in my router overview either

Power off for 30 sec. Than power back on. Once it’s solid blue or u can see it in eufy app - restart homebase. I had to do that a week ago (homebase was blinking blue - couldn’t connect to cameras or homebase)
