I have had 2 eufy smart locks, loved them, but as soon as the winter hits, I had to get rid of them, this first one failed completely, the second ended up barely working in the winter. The key portion used to freeze up so couldn’t get the key in there at all, and the touch wouldn’t work making it useless. I have replaced it with a Weiser lock and haven’t looked back. Loved the lock, but massively frustrated when it got cold or wet. I life in Newfoundland Canada, and a porch with around 6 feet of roof, so would have thought pretty protected from rain. But not the case. :disappointed:
