Is this a bug? Every night the same

I have 3 eufy cam2c cameras. And every night at 11pm they go from home to absent from home via schedule. But every time it switches, the camera will trigger an alarm and record. This while there is nothing. It is precisely the time he switches. Is this a bug? And can something be done about it? My neighbors are freaked out by every night camera alarm

Had the same issue every night when the Homebase changed mode via schedule. But the recent update fixed the issue. Which firmware is your Homebase on? The latest is 2.1.3.3h which seems to have addressed the issue.

Have you tried resetting the homebase?

No not done yet. But if I do that do I have to register everything and everyone again? Or will that be preserved?

All devices have to be re-added again, yes.
