Actually ringing like someone pushed the button? or is your notification sound for motion detection set as a doorbell sound? At least on my model there is the ability to set 2 different sounds in the app 1 for motion and 1 for someone pressing the button. I only suggest this because others didn’t realize this and were a little confused lol. Good luck
