Issue Homebase 2

n January 2023, I purchased a Eufy doorbell along with the HomeBase 2 (Doorbell Dual 2 Pro met HomeBase 2) . Since yesterday, the HomeBase has stopped functioning: the LED indicator no longer lights up, and the app reports that the device is offline.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Unplugged and replugged the HomeBase
  • Moved it to a different power outlet
  • Performed a reset

Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the issue. I am now unsure whether the problem lies with the HomeBase itself or possibly with the power cable.

Should I try replacing the power cable first, or would you recommend a replacement unit?
and is the Doorbell compatible with a homebase 3?

Hi, do you have a way to test the power adapter (power cable), to see if it’s putting out 12 volts direct current?

The video doorbell duel T8213 battery powered is compatible with HomeBase3.

The video doorbell duel S330 T8203 hardwired is not compatible.

I even changed the power adapter, nothing happened :frowning:

A year and almost a half and the HomeBase failed, that’s a shame.
HomeBase 3 is on sale 50 bucks off, I think it’s like $99.
