n January 2023, I purchased a Eufy doorbell along with the HomeBase 2 (Doorbell Dual 2 Pro met HomeBase 2) . Since yesterday, the HomeBase has stopped functioning: the LED indicator no longer lights up, and the app reports that the device is offline.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Unplugged and replugged the HomeBase
- Moved it to a different power outlet
- Performed a reset
Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the issue. I am now unsure whether the problem lies with the HomeBase itself or possibly with the power cable.
Should I try replacing the power cable first, or would you recommend a replacement unit?
and is the Doorbell compatible with a homebase 3?
