When using the EUFY APP I can ZOOM on LIVE Camera image by putting my fingers on the screen and then spreading them apart, when I do this on an EVENT it doesn’t do it smoothly or jumps out of the EVENT. This had worked great before the last update , Now I have problems. Is anyone else having this issue. I reported it to Eufy and get the usual check list that has nothing to do with the issue.

They are aware of it, they’re considering to fix it, maybe…

Thanks for the info. I’ve received a second reply from Eufy. They asked for a video of the issue and a device log. Sent a video to Eufy Via wetransfer.com as email won’t send video files.
Still working on it. Update 03/29/2026 Eufy still giving me a list of things to check that have nothing to do with my issue, as it was caused by there last update. Always want order, serial number and address, but i’ve had these cameras past the warranty. Still no fix, sent them video but they say they can’t access. I’m beginning to feel they don’t know what they are doing.
