Just got an XT10 vacuum mop and used it for the first time. Bought a refurbished unit.
Twice, the cleaning tray has been filled with water causing an error.
I checked the seals, the tanks, everything looks ok.
Any idea what the issue is?
Hopefully Eufy can replace this as it seems to be defective.
