is it your recyclables? Move the cans away from the fence, so if she comes back next time she has to work harder for it
Blue cans are recyclable right? But, hey perhaps your neighbor gave her something and left it in there for safe keeping? Either way, she’s not digging through personal documents or such, and someone is going to get paid for the recycling regardless of the company picking it up or that lady who I would assume actually needs the money, why else would she be doing it.
