I brought by doorbell cam in to charge it and noticed the glass covering the lens appears to be coming away at the bottom. This doesn’t look like moisture and the picture is not affected at the moment, but this doesn’t look good. Had the camera less than year.
Any advice on what this might be?
Don’t have a doorbell cam…. But don’t let your warranty pass by
I’ve emailed to request a replacement under warranty.
Just awaiting confirmation for now.
Got my replacement request approved and sent it back today.
Hopefully it won’t take too long to get the replacement (had to put my old normal bell back up for now).
