Let me start by staying thay I try to be careful with charging cables and tuck them away when not in use.
Out of the 200 items the Eufy E28 can recognize and avoid, it seems to struggle with wires. I understand that wires must be tricky to avoid. While I’ve only found the vacuum truly stuck a few times the majority are from a wire that was vacuumed, jammed in the mop roller or tied around the extendable side brushes. Besides damaging the cables(and vacuum) one has to consider that most wires are plugged into a live outlet with a piece of tech connected to the other end.
I tried this little experiment using one of my daughter’s toys called “popping” pipes to see how the vacuum would respond to something that resembles a wire. The vacuum bull-dozed them around the room like a snow plow.
