Let’s their dog roam free and go wherever they want.. not to mention these dogs attack other animals.. thanks eufy for helping keep an eye and report these people

I just don’t understand. Some people shouldn’t have pets when they don’t keep them in their own yard. I have one of those a street over from me and the MUT always gets loose it’s usually 2am running around barking
