Wow !! Typical!!! probably preparing for a bigger crime later. Good face shot hope you were able to report it. Did you loose the camera?

Wow

Mental illness is sad to watch

WOW!.. The first violent attack I’ve seen perpetrated on an Eufy Camera

Not mental illness just a criminal. Put to much effort into noticing and destroying the camera

Really sorry to see this happen. It’s a harsh reminder of a major limitation with many cameras — including the EufyCam S330 (eufyCam 3). These non-rotary models have a serious blind spot directly underneath the camera, where motion detection often fails and the lens can’t capture close-range activity.

Even the newer solar-powered rotary models like the S340 have the same vulnerability if someone approaches from below or very close to the wall. Detection zones and AI alerts can’t do much if the angle simply doesn’t catch it.

Best to consider mounting adjustments (higher with more downward tilt), or even adding a second fixed cam or a motion light to cover that zone. It’s unfortunate we have to think like this, but these blind spots are real entry points — and now, sadly, destruction points too.

Thanks for sharing — hopefully it helps others think through placement and security.

Such anger displayed.
What is your camera surveilling?

Hope they use lethal injection
