Why did my kit NOT come with magnetic mounts as shown in the ads?
the 2c cameras don’t use magnetic mounts. if they did the housing would have a magnet built in. other eufy models do use magnetic mounts. you may have them mixed up.
I never saw 2c cams with magnetic mounts. They are also not referenced on the site or manual. Are you perhaps confusing it with the eufyCam 2?
The FAQ section of the product listing for the 2C and 2C Pro kits on Amazon states:
“Is there a mounting stand? 2 screw mounts are included. We will soon release magnetic mounts that will be available for purchase.”
I understand that magnetic mounts are not included in the kit, but when exactly is “soon”?
